This confirms that our liberty is not only for ourselves but also for all future generations of American citizens (that's what 'posterity' means) - Therefore - it is un-Constitutional to deny an unborn American citizen their human rights no matter how far along they are in their development.  ALL FUTURE AMERICANS are protected.
